UMBC and the Office of Equity and Inclusion (OEI) are dedicated to providing an inclusive, equitable, safe working and learning environment for all community members. OEI thanks you for your partnership in this endeavor.
Out of the work and advocacy of Retriever Courage, and our community commitment to preventing and responding to sexual misconduct and harassment, mandatory student and employee training was established in 2018.
Students: The 2021-22 annual mandatory training has been assigned to all UMBC students and must be completed by September 30, 2021.

- A registration hold may be placed on your account if you fail to complete the training.

- Employees who do not complete the required training by the deadline will be reported to their chair, VP, or Dean and may be subject to discipline up to and including termination.
